Service Disclaimer
How the Service Works
Flood Cleanup Response Team markets water extraction and flood cleanup services. The website connects callers with independent service providers. The website itself does not perform restoration work.
Provider Decisions
Each provider determines the services it offers, its pricing, and whether a job is appropriate for its crew. Any agreement for work is between the property owner and the provider.
No Warranty
Website information describes common cleanup practices and is not a warranty of a specific outcome, response time, or price. Conditions at a property determine the scope of work.
Insurance Decisions
An insurer decides claim coverage under the applicable policy. Cleanup records may support a claim, but no coverage decision is promised.
Photographs and Descriptions
Any photographs or descriptions are illustrative of the types of water damage that may occur. They do not show a particular property or promise a particular result.
Contact
Call (888) 471-9821 to discuss a water damage situation. Emergencies involving electricity, gas, or personal safety should be reported to the proper emergency service.
